Velcro Companies is dedicated to creating an ethical and thriving values-based culture. Such a culture is dependent on, among other things, every colleague’s confidence in their ability to raise concerns in a confidential, anonymous way without fear or reprisal.

If you are aware of, or suspect a breach of, Velcro Companies’ Code of Conduct or other corporate policies, or fraudulent activity or incidents of harassment against you or any other colleague, please report it immediately to your supervisor, manager or local human resources or representative. If you do not feel comfortable reporting it to any of these people, you can use the anonymous Velcro Compliance Hotline which is provided by a third-party service company. You can report your concerns anonymously and without fear of reprisal.

The hotline offers two easy ways for you to report issues anonymously. Both ways are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

1. Report concerns via the Internet at Compliance Hotline. Options are available to display the report form in your preferred language, or;

You will also be provided with a confidential report access number and asked to provide a personal password and security question. The access number and password allow you to check the status of your report on the hotline website, as well as send and receive anonymous messages pertaining to your report at any time. If you provided an email address, you will also receive email notifications as the report status is updated.

We encourage you to report breaches of our Code of Conduct and other corporate policies, fraudulent activity or incidents of harassment that come to your attention.
